We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Planning & Execution

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with customers, partners, and agencies in alignment with the Line Manager’s direction.
• Support the execution of sales activities across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and closing under the guidance of the Line Manager.
• Collaborate with Marketing and relevant internal teams to execute customer development initiatives.

2. Pipeline Management & Customer Development

• Manage and regularly update the Sales Pipeline to ensure effective tracking and progression of business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, and collaborate with the Line Manager to develop these opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term partnership relationships.
• Gradually develop and strengthen relationships with customers within the assigned portfolio

3. Brand Development

• Build and maintain a professional image when working with customers and partners.
• Proactively enhance knowledge of industry trends, market insights, and the company’s solutions.
• Participate in events, seminars, and networking activities as guided by the company to expand market knowledge and contribute to building the YouNet Media brand.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Education: Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.

Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of Marketing.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and the e-commerce landscape.
• Basic understanding of data-driven marketing and social listening concepts is an advantage.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, including full-time positions or internship experience.
• Experience working with B2B clients; prior experience in Media or Research Agencies is a plus.

• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to receive feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.
