Mô tả Công việc
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling briefs and tracking advertising performance.
- Working closely with the production and data team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Responding to clients' inquiries via all of Maido's communication channels, phone and emails.
- Proactively support the account team in data tracking to ensure that the data are always precise and updated.
- Supporting in data researching and inputting
- Remain in regular contact with clients to build up and maintain client relationships..
- Sourcing new clients besides Maido’s customer data.
