Mô tả Công việc
- Follow up/ Coordinate with Internal teams (Creator Engagement, Finance, Legal, Admin, HR, etc.) to update and prepare comprehensive sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, Payment document requests & PO, etc.)
- Be in charge of all contracts and legal aspects of AnyCreator business
- Coordinate with creators on legal, payment, event, finance matters
- Work with accounting departments to process invoices, make payments, and track receipts
- Provide assistance to managers and senior-level officers as needed
- Event planning and coordinating
- Support others tasks if needed
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
- A recognized university degree.
- Proficiency in English
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Sales Admin.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency/ Multi channel network company is a plus.
- Negotiation skill & critical thinking
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
- Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
- Excellent communication skills
