Sales Admin Executive (Creator Growth Business)

• Follow up/ Coordinate with Internal teams (Creator Engagement, Finance, Legal, Admin, HR, etc.) to update and prepare comprehensive sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, Payment document requests & PO, etc.)
• Be in charge of all contracts and legal aspects of AnyCreator business.
• Coordinate with creators on legal, payment, event, finance matters.
• Work with accounting departments to process invoices, make payments, and track receipts.
• Provide assistance to managers and senior-level officers as needed.
• Event planning and coordinating.
• Support others tasks if needed.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• A recognized university degree.
• Proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Sales Admin.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency/ Multi channel network company is a plus.  
• Negotiation skill & critical thinking.
• Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
• Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
• Excellent communication skills.
