Mô tả Công việc
Arrange CEO’s daily schedule
Manage and maintain business schedule and personal schedule of CEO, follow and remind CEO’s calendar and events.
Manage CEO’s personal fan page, create the content about the beauty and organize fan page’s activities.
Contact to vendor, business partners relating to business activities.
Prepare event’s scripts and dresses.
Work with internal and external business partners.
Other assigned tasks by CEO.
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
Knowledge about beauty, cosmetic, skin care, make up, fashion
Good communication in Vietnamese and English (speaking and writing)
Careful, honest and truthful
Organization skill, and multi- tasks, adaptive
Problem solving, Time management
Be able to work under high pressure
Bachelor’s degree in English, PR, clerk is a plus
