Mô tả Công việc

Role and Responsibilities: Conduct training needs analysis to identify key technical skill gaps. Deliver Training Calendar for for both front and back office teams. Support Spa by providing technical information and advice on our treatment menu. Coach Spa team to ensure their knowledge, skill and protocols in track. Assist Training Manager with induction of new employees including training cosmetic and skincare knowledge, training on clinic processes and protocols. Travel to new clinic openings to support all training requirements.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Must be passionated with beauty knowledge/industry. Passtionate to inspire others, well service minded. At least 3 years experience in beauty industry, and experienced in Spa/Clinic is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, planning and organizing skills. Love to learn – update knowledge all times. Good in English skill, willing to read, learn, translate and communicate in English. Ability to travel when needed. Management experience in a beauty therapy clinic or retail environment is preferred.
