Mô tả Công việc
PURPOSE
Supports CEO in all aspects as the coordination partner internally and externally. In parallel, coordinates cross-divisional business partner to maintain alignment of messaging.
Executive Support
• Ensure meeting agendas and minutes are prepared for all meetings attended by the CEO.
• Drafts reports.
• Ensure proper follow-up of the execution of the CEO’s instructions and mandates.
• Track, review, and summarize periodic reports from all Business Units and Functional Departments.
• Support the CEO and other executives with presentation materials, format, designing and producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
Project administrative Support
• Provides leadership and manages a variety of special projects for the CEO.
• Do an initial review of all suggested proposals, highlight any items for the CEO’s immediate attention with respect to information gathering from external parties.
• Assists in project coordination.
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
• At least 3 years of experience
• Knowledge about beauty, cosmetic, skin care, make up, fashion
• Interested in operation/ business
• Careful, honest and truthful
• Be able to work under high pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently on projects
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while working under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Vietnamese
