- Manage activation projects of team - Support to contact Clients - Prepare all presentation’s documents - Prepare and follow up quotation and negotiate contract with Clients - Coordinate with other department to ensure about quality and serve Client promptly - Frequently maintain good relationship with Client and update client’s database - Actively develop new customers - Do other tasks as required by Manager

- Bachelor Degree required, Master degree is plus - At least 3 years of working experience in ATL/BTL agency - Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers - Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) - Good communication, negotiation, time management skills - Good business sense and the ability to work on budgets - Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service - Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
