Give.Asia is a Singapore-based technology platform helping people and communities raise funds for meaningful causes across Asia. Our Marketing Talent Program 2026 is for future marketers, creators, growth leaders, and builders who want to learn by doing.

Each year, we only select a small number of students and fresh graduates so they can work closely with founders and senior leaders, take ownership of meaningful projects, and receive hands-on mentorship. We're not looking for the perfect resume. We're looking for people with curiosity, ambition, and the willingness to learn fast.

You’ll work on real projects, contribute to campaigns across Asia, and learn how a fast-moving technology team uses data, creativity, storytelling, and experimentation to grow.

We’re looking for ambitious students and fresh graduates who want real marketing experience, regional exposure, and the chance to build a strong career in startups, technology, and social impact.

What You’ll Get to Do

• Work on real marketing projects across Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and other markets.
• Learn directly from experienced marketers and senior team members.
• Take ownership of meaningful work, not just observe.
• Use data, customer insights, creativity, and AI tools to solve marketing problems.
• Receive regular feedback and gradually take on more responsibility.
• Build work and results you can confidently talk about after graduation.

This programme is especially suited for students who are already building things — running clubs, creating content, organising events, leading communities, launching side projects, or simply finding ways to make things happen without being asked.

Strong performers may have opportunities to continue with Give.Asia through extended internships, part-time roles, or full-time positions

Choose Your Track

1. Growth Marketing & Performance

For those who enjoy numbers, experiments, and understanding why people behave the way they do. You may work on:

• Meta and Google campaigns
• Marketing analytics and reporting
• User acquisition and conversion
• A/B testing and growth experiments
• Campaign optimisation
• AI and automation tools

You may enjoy this track if you naturally ask: "Why did this work? What can we test next? What does the data tell us?"

2. Content Marketing & Storytelling

For those who enjoy writing, creativity, culture, and understanding what makes people care. You may work on:

• Email marketing
• Social media and short-form content
• Fundraising stories
• Campaign concepts
• Story research and interviews
• Adapting content for different audiences and markets
• Testing different hooks and messages
• Using performance data to improve storytelling

At Give.Asia, storytelling is not about making something sound more dramatic. It is about understanding the real human story, communicating it clearly and respectfully, and helping the right people connect with it.

You may enjoy this track if you naturally ask: "What is the real story here? Why should someone care? How can we communicate it better?"

How You’ll Grow

As you build capability and trust, you may take ownership of larger projects, run your own experiments, present recommendations, and contribute more independently to regional campaigns. Several Give.Asia team members first joined us as students and later continued part-time or full-time.

There is no automatic conversion, but where there is a strong mutual fit, we want great people to keep growing with us to build a Giving Culture across Asia.
