We are looking for a Senior Art Director (open for potential mid-level Art Director) who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers “click”, with the key roles and responsibilities as follows:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Be responsible for what advertisements look like. Involve in creating a campaign that has an instant, positive impact on the consumer to promote the product or brand being advertised:

• Work from a brief with copywriters or other members of a creative team, and generate ideas to present to the client.
• Work on designs to produce an effective advertising campaign.
• Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas.
• Commission specialists, such as artists and photographers to work on projects.
• Participate in the execution of the entire creative process within an allotted time frame and budget.
• Enhance the looks of the final results before presentation to clients (polishing the deck templates).
• Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.

Candidate Profile:

We would like to hear from those who have:

• Minimal 5+ years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communications capacity.
• Dynamic, highly creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
• Strong understanding of design across multiple mediums — print, digital, mobile, etc. — with solid capabilities in branding, communication, and multimedia.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools is a strong advantage.
• Good prompt-writing skills and ability to leverage AI effectively in the creative process.
• Proactive in exploring, testing, and adopting new AI tools to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency.
• Have a sharp eye for details and strong aesthetic sense.
• Proficient in relevant art and design software.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work well as part of a team, with a range of people.
• Be able to work under high pressure of tight deadlines.
• Be highly motivated and well organized.
• Be able to work within strict budgets.
