Mô tả Công việc

● Research trends, viral formats, and audience insights across TikTok, Facebook Reels, and other social platforms.
● Develop scripts & boards for short-form video content.
● Coordinate and support video production to ensure content aligns with approved concepts.
● Collaborate with Account, Creative, Design, and Editing teams throughout the production process.
● Review content performance and propose improvements to maximize engagement.
● Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
● Reports directly to the Creative Director.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
● At least 1 year of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, or a similar role.
● Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook Reels, and short-form video content trends.
● Video editing skills are a strong advantage.
● Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.
● Ability to write concise and engaging video scripts.
● Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
● Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
● Agency experience is a plus.
