Mô tả Công việc

• Support the pitching process for new campaigns, including understanding the client brief, preparing content ideas for proposals, and other requirements.
• Responsible for timely creation of high-quality content for assigned projects.
• Work closely with designers to create visuals and copy for project content.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of completed campaigns to improve future performance.
• Provide additional support on other projects as needed.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• 3+ years of experience in Content Development, preferably in marketing agencies.
• Up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of social media channels, as well as current and emerging KOLs, communities, fanpages, etc.
• Outstanding copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to different tones and voices.
• Good taste in creative work and the ability to meaningfully create and provide feedback on creative work.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, strong storytelling abilities.
