Mô tả Công việc
- Lead the pitching process for new projects as assigned, including understanding client brief, briefing to internal team, preparation of proposals, and other requirements.
- Manage the planning, execution, and reporting of projects; and be responsible for project results.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Department, Social Department & Media Department, influencing the task to fit with clients’ requirements.
- Provide Accounting Department as well as management with necessary project data and record as required.
- Provide advice, motivation and additional training to own team as required.
- Additional support with other projects as required.
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
- 5+ years working experience in an advertising agency, preferably in the Account function.
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills, strong storytelling. capabilities, with strong oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese.
- Good taste in creative, and the ability to meaningfully feedback on creative work.
- Knowledgeable and up-to-date with Marketing trends and technologies.
- Ability to allocate work, manage performance, and develop the ability of own team.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
Chế độ & Phúc lợi
- Fixed salary up to 30M VND/month.
- 13th month salary, Tet bonus, Commission by Project (Negotiable).
