• Support the pitching process for new Digital campaigns as assigned, including understanding client brief, preparation of proposals, and other requirements.
• Manage the planning, execution, and reporting of Digital campaigns; and be responsible for project results.
• Collaborate closely with Account Department, Creative Department & Social Department & Media Department during implementation of campaigns.
• Constant monitoring & adjustments to make sure campaign KPIs are on-track.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of completed campaigns to improve future performance.
• Identify key target audiences and their U&A to optimize the effectiveness of new campaigns.
• Provide Accounting Department as well as management with necessary project data and record as required.
• Additional support with other projects as required.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• 2+ years working experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Marketing agencies.
• Up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of digital media as well as current and emerging trends and technologies.
• Strong project management skill.
• Strong data analysis skill.
• Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills, strong storytelling capabilities, with strong oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese.
• Good taste in creative, and the ability to meaningfully feedback on creative work.
• Knowledgeable and up-to-date with Digital Marketing trends and technologies
• Ability to allocate work, manage performance, and develop the ability of own team.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

Chế độ & Phúc lợi

• Fixed salary up to 15M VND/month.
• 13th month salary, Tet bonus.
