This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves overseeing the full-life cycle of recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will develop and manage employer branding strategies that elevate the company’s reputation as a top employer. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, and drive initiatives to attract and retain top-tier talent.

Report to: Senior HRM cum HRBP
Place: 37 Be Van Cam, Tan Hung Ward, HCMC
Working hours: 9am - 6pm / Mon - morning Sat (Saturday is work-from-home if there are no issues at the company)

1. Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Receive and analyze hiring requests from departments.
  • Draft, update, and post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.
  • Source, approach, and screen candidates; participate in interviews with the line manager.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires and monitor their performance during the probation period.

2. EB & IC (20%)

  • Build and enhance the company’s employer branding presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop communication content that promotes company culture and workplace environment.
  • Implement university engagement programs to attract interns and entry-level candidates.
  • Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, workshops, and career days.
  • Plan and organize internal activities including birthdays, teambuilding events, and company gatherings.
  • Manage internal communication channels (Facebook Workplace, bulletin board, email, group chat, etc.).

3. Administration & Reporting (10%)

  • Handle assigned administrative tasks such as payment requests, office facilities, and stationery management.
  • Maintain and update employee data and personnel records periodically.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Manager.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

  • 3-5 YOE in a similar position such as TAE, TABP, HRBP,...
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (Canva, AI-based tools).
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding and internal communication.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and current online recruitment trends.
  • Strong event organization and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; capable of building strong internal connections.
  • Creative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization abilities.
  • Honest, patient, and growth-oriented attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
  • Own a personal laptop.
