• Support in identifying, researching and building a database of potential clients (brands, agencies, corporations, KOLs/KOCs, etc.).
• Collect and analyze information on market trends, competitors and developments in the Event – Branding – Production industries.
• Assist in updating and managing the customer database.
• Support in preparing proposals, quotations, company profiles and pitching materials for clients.
• Coordinate with the Business Development Manager and internal teams during client engagement processes.
• Participate in meetings and client presentations (if any) to gain hands-on experience in real business development workflows.
• Update lead information and client interaction activities on the CRM/system.
• Assist in tracking the sales pipeline and preparing weekly/monthly work reports.
• Perform other supporting tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Business, Communications, Event Management or related fields.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Business Development / Sales / Account.
• Good communication skills, proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to conduct research, synthesize information, and work with data.
• Proficient in office tools such as Google Docs, Sheets and PowerPoint..
