Mô tả Công việc
We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Art Director to join Circus Digital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a proven track record of creating visually stunning and impactful advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute advertising concepts, strategies, and visual designs
Lead and inspire junior art staff to deliver high-quality, innovative, and effective design solutions
Conceptualize and design print, digital, and multimedia advertising materials
Present and defend creative work to internal teams and clients
Supervise the production process to deliver the ad material at its finest
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow professionally

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency for Art Director position
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print, digital, and multimedia
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and come up with unique, impactful design solutions
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of ideas, IMC campaign materials, and design work - including video, print, digital, and multimedia
