Mô tả Công việc
1. Project / Campaign Management in Execution to deliver Quality & KPIs
* Help ensure campaigns reach performance goals
* Negotiating with clients, solving any problems, and making sure deadlines are met
* Day-to-day activities will change constantly to meet business growth
* Coordinate & work well when communicate efficiently with other teams to deliver good works
* Keenly monitor campaigns to optimise results
* Maintain accurate records of budgets, contact reports, campaign reports, etc.
2. Client Management Succes
* Working with assigned clients & maintain the good relationships
* Discuss and identify clients’ communications needs
* Work closely with the broader consortium to deliver in 360 solutions
* Identify client growth opportunities
* Customise new business proposals that are meaningful and compelling.
3. Team Management: manage a team of 2-3 members, with daily & close management, training
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
* 2-3 years of experience working in an advertising/ digital agency
* Proficient in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
* Strong skills in digital and digital marketing
* Possess strong project management skills
* Have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, be well-organized and able to multitask accurately
* Understanding of branding and communications preferred
* Microsoft office proficiency
* Have high standards of quality at work.
* Good teamwork spirit and high sense of responsibility
* Can-do attitude and open-minded
