What You'll Do
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various campaigns and overseeing them to completion
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Strategic Planning..) to write and design unique and well-crafted proposals that meet clients’ needs as well as our own.
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
- Monitor results of team efforts, carry out significant modifications and propose actions for the future
- Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape
- Oversee client pitches and proposals
- Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets
- Leading a team of 5 - 7 members, train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism and other relevant fields.
- 5+ years of working in Creative in Advertising Agency
- At least 2 years of working in the same position (Associate Creative Director/ Art Director..)
- Years of experience creating marketing/advertising/digital campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing production on time and budget
- Proven experience with concept development
- Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Preferred Qualifications
Good command in English
Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production
