ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Community Management - Monitoring Social Platform (Facebook Fanpage, Instagram Business, Tiktok,...): reply comments and inbox, maintain users’ interaction, collect and fill data contests/minigames…
• Social Analysis - Report Analysis: Fanpage Management Report, and Fanpage Tracking Report.
• Supports Social Planning (Social Plan, Influencers Plan,...)
• Other assigned tasks by Social Specialist.

Report to: Social Community Supervisor

Promotion: Social Community Executive.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Full-time Trainee - Duration: 3 months & willing to become an official employee after the trainee program
• Graduated from Marketing, Business or related fields.
• At least 3 months experience or high interest in Social Community Management.
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Flexible, careful, diligent, detailed;
• Can do attitude;
• Full-time internship duration.
• Frequently use and be enthusiastic for social networks; quickly update hot topics or social trends on social media.
