Mô tả Công việc

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be in an important position to improve our customer journey to excellence by leading digital team for online marketing activities in the sporting goods, mobile platform and furniture industry. You will strengthen our sustainability focus in our portfolio to further develop our digital marketing strategy and increase the company‘s performance with an ROI approach.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Marketing management:

  • Take control of all digital marketing managements and lead multiple digital projects at Yes4All.
  • Build, manage and expand team of executive and project management for multiple expansion direction in a short period of time.

2. Performance Marketing Operation:

  • Build and use a strong digital expertise in Web/search (SEO, SEM) and eCommerce customer journey, marketing platform, CRM, and data (collect, usage, analysis) to plan, create and run paid social and paid search marketing campaigns on digital platforms, mainly on Amazon platforms. Manage overall and detailed budgets for different layer of campaigns
  • Ensure the availability of key marketing performance indicators and the dashboard to identify improvements and to share recommendations and best practices with cross-functional groups.
  • Proactively working with Sales team and other team to deliver business tactics as a whole, building strong business acumen to deliver excellent digital strategy; measure and improve overall digital performance with an ROI approach.
  • Implement a culture of A/B testing to improve your audience, message, and experience to boost search engine marketing (SEM) performance. Proactively monitor and analyze competition within search engine advertising.
  • Content and listing optimization for higher conversion rate and sustainable portfolio management

3. Marketing Research, Standardization and Optimization:

  • Support the expression of requirements for all marketing profiles (in different markets) and best practices for using reports and building analysis.
  • Be knowledgeable of the requirements for compliance to brand, regulatory and other standards.
  • Assess, quantify and create highly attractive marketing trends, brand partnerships to generate new company and customer values.

4. Business expansion/ Project management:

  • Lead or participate as key member of business expansion projects: new channel, new countries (JP, EU5, UK, CA, MX...), new services...
  • Lead or participate as key member of business improvement project: automations, new process, new tools...

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

  • Bachelor‘s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other related fields; Master’s degrees may receive preference over others.
  • +4 proven experience in Digital Marketing (Sporting Goods/Furniture/FMCG in B2C business) and solid understanding of digital customer journeys. Deep understanding and proven experience of Performance Marketing required. Desirable skills: Experience of Amazon advertising tools.
  • You have an understanding of the fundamentals of content marketing, knowledge of golden rules for digital customer experience. At the same time, you need an operational mindset with high attention to the details.
  • You are analytical and like numbers.
  • English is a must (Strong business proficiency in written and verbal communication). Vietnamese fluent.
  • Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Quick learner and adapter
  • Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency. Can work under tight pressure. Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Project management skill & strong leadership skill with willing to serve. We are looking for people with a strong sense of purpose
