Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon‘s sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Not only that, we do not emerge only at sporting goods, Home Furnishing and Mobile Platform are great opportunities that we desire to enter and occupy.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Being part of Innovation Network Team to :

• Create new value, disrupt and create competitive advantage in old/mature markets
• Help access new customers and new markets with relevant/differentiated offers
• Support premium positions/ margins enhancement/ premiumization
• Help Yes4All compete more effectively vs competitors of all shapes and sizes and ultimately create a sustainable and differentiated position for Yes4All

2. Responsibilities:

• Conduct market studies, customer profiling, competitor analysis to identify the feasibility and attractiveness of new product concept.
• Work closely with team Manager to build sales plan and marketing budget for new product launch
• Be the expert on assigned categories: understand and develop the picture (map) of all products and competitors, propose plan and actions to enhance the position of Yes4All on the market and to counteract competitor activities.
• Collaborate with other departments such as: Sourcing & Product development and Sales team, Supply Chain to drive the New Product Development process.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor Degree and above.
• At least 1-5 years of experiences in Business Analysis/ Market Research/ Product Development/ Category Management or similar roles.
• E-commerce knowledge, Sporting Goods domain is preferable
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Analytical skills
• Good project management skills; ability to cope with multiple projects and good time management
• Interpersonal skills, with strong written and oral communication skills
• Functional management skills, proven leadership
• A sport lover is a plus
