II. Roles & responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Account Ownership  

• Own and drive growth of assigned accounts, ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets
• Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Build strong client relationships and influence client decision-making to expand business impact 

2. Client Consulting & Strategic Partnership   

• Diagnose client business challenges and translate them into effective, data-driven solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor, proactively providing insights and recommendations
• Position YouNet Media as a strategic partner through high-quality consulting and presentations

3. Project Leadership & Delivery Excellence   

• Co-work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure end-to-end project delivery, quality, and timeline
• Anticipate risks and proactively drive solutions
• Own account-level financial performance (revenue, cost, margin)

4. Collaboration & Team Contribution   

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions
• Provide feedback to improve product, service quality, and internal processes
• Support and guide junior team members when needed

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Education: 

• BA of economics, business administration, marketing

2. Knowledge: 

• Understand thoroughly the fundamentals & correlation of brand strategy, communication strategy & social media platforms, research

3. Skill:

• Logical thinking and critical thinking
• Be able to communicate and explain things simply, logically
• Superior communication skills for internal communication and client-facing situations
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken
• Be able to cooperate smoothly with internal teams
• Be able to handle pressure

4. Experience:

• Experience in marketing, communication, market research or consulting in 3 years at least
• Maturity to deal with complex situations and briefs
• Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/ or projects
