Mô tả Công việc
Under the leadership of Business Development Head, the Business Development Supervisor is responsible for operation and performance of a sale unit according to KPI set and annual sales target.
Business & Partnership Development (50%)
- Build & implement business action plan (weekly/ monthly/quarterly/ annually) for delegated sales team & each individual following the BD department strategy, direction & sale target
- Frequently monitor performance of team and each individual inclusive of pipeline tracking, gap analyses, forecasting & re-forecasting; Keep management informed via periodical reports and updates
- Responsible for solutions consulting, negotiating, developing new business opportunities with potential business partners; Building and maintaining rapport with them; Building Business Development Plan for strategic partners
- Ensure ethics/ code of conduct in selling services; Ensure compliance with Company policies
Team Management & Contribution (40%)
- Set up clearly role and responsibility of each member; Support team members to perform according to BD KPI set & annual target
- Provide sufficient on-the-job training & coaching to ensure team members are well equipped with all necessary knowledge & skills to deliver high performance; Ensure team members are strictly adherence to the training requirements of company; Conduct frequent catch up/performance review with constructive feedback and guideline for improvement
- Be responsible for IDP (Individual Development Plan) building of each member; Support team members to pursue learning & development plan
- Be responsible for Exe/SE recruitment by proactively involving in the selection & recruitment process
- Lead innovation projects/initiatives at department & company level; Be exemplary for proactive, ownership and discipline attitude
- Support to build and promote key value & culture of BD department and company
Others (10%)
- New market potential unleashing: Continuously relook at client feedback and market needs for product and service innovation and optimization
- Other duties as assigned by managers or company
Promotion to: BD Manager - Product Commercial Lead (Social Listening/ ECA)

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Marketing/Advertising or related fields
Knowledge:
- Experience in Marketing/Market Research is a plus
Skill:
- Proven ability of sale planning & organizing
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Demonstrated leadership skill with proven tracking record in team & people development is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Spreadsheet & Docs
Experience:
- Min 4 years of sales experience in social listening, market research, media & advertising, software solutions;
- At least 1 year at managerial role
Personality:
