We are looking for an Operations Intern.

II. Responsibilities

1. Operational Support

• Take detailed notes and recap meetings effectively, ensuring all key points and action items are clearly documented.
• Prepare and organize files, reports, and documents as directed by the line manager.
• Assist with assigned tasks and projects to support the daily operations of the team.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assignments.

2. Administrative Assistance

• Provide general administrative support as required by the line manager.
• Ensure proper organization and maintenance of operational documents and files.

3. Marketing Support 

• Support and coordinate marketing initiatives for YNAM, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals.
• Assist the line manager in drafting, refining, and reviewing internal and external marketing materials, including articles, presentations, and promotional content
• Support for arrangements of networking events, seminars, workshops as relevant.

Report to: Senior Operations Manager

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting/finance/HR or relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
• Good organization and communications skills
• Ability to work & adapt to the environment of a fast-paced entrepreneurial company.
• Cautious, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Be trusted, adaptable and supportive.
• Understanding of the media/influencer marketing field is a big plus.
