II. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Creativity Quality (50%)

• Lead brainstorming and control high quality creative ideas for digital-led IMC campaigns and QC (quality control) visual/idea production throughout campaigns/projects.
• Deliver updated digital creative trends/formats to ensure breakthrough digital customer experiences from websites to mobile apps in social media campaigns.
• Contribute to all sorts of design and production support to the team. Focusing on innovation andquality.
• Experiment with new tools andtechniques toimprove yourteamwork.

2. Client Consultancy (25%)

• Representfor Creative Team toconsult creative solutions for clients.
• Well collaborate with other teams (internal & external) to manage creative expectation from clientfrom planningtoexecution stage.

3. Team Empowerment & Leadership (25%)

• Arrange team workload per project under high pressure with tight timeline & multi-projects (3-4 IMC & Digital-Socialprojects) at a time.
• Tolive the company culture and motivate the team members as a role model.
• Coach and lead creative team members to upgrade technical skills and creative mindset andfollow upteam members‘ careerpath.
• Cultivate an understanding of industry trends and share your insights with the team by monthly/quarterly workshops.

Report to: Can be promoted to Creative Director

• Well-established or senior-level working experience as art-based creative and for +5 years for digital creative agencies.
• Having a strong social/digital background.
• Always updated with latest trends/ new formats/platforms, etc. & open minded to meet fast-changing demands from the industry.
• Can-doattitude in adynamic team working environment.
• Experienced in managing a creative team (including copywriter, art, designer,...)
