Mô tả Công việc

An Account Director shall advance level of management and business consultant. He/ She shall convert and bring new business home.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (20%):

  • Lead group of internal & external experts in the delivery of all requirements to meet the growth and development of all business…
  • Develop and implement team strategy, company strategy to drive a good organization’s performance;
  • Oversee teams and traffic management;
  • Conduct quarterly Sales/Market/Business review meetings with the Client to consult and up sales;

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (60%):

  • Develop and meet KPIs of revenue, client service, coaching and propose methods of evaluation;
  • Build strategy & action plan to approach new potential Clients & maintain the current ones.;
  • Report routinely and non-routinely to the MD;
  • Signatures control on all documents in/out at the Department;

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT (20%):

  • Formulate policies and direct activities of the Account Division effectively and efficiently;
  • Build the teamwork spirit; make evaluations of performance of the staff quarterly;
  • Recommend necessary improvements for the Department (including, but not limited to, the structure, policies, and the training program of the department);
  • Build personnel plan & cooperate with HR Dept. to recruit, train, coach & stabilize staffs (soft skills and hard skills) for the business plan.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

  • Qualifications/ Professional knowledge/ Major: BA degree (Economic, Marketing, Communication).
  • Working experience in the similar position: At least 7-year experience in Advertising, Communication, Marketing or Sales management, Business Operations level or at least 02- year experience in similar levels.
  • Actual experience in Digital Marketing field: 7+ years of account management in agency company.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent proposal developing & Excellent presentation & convincible;
  • Experience in overcoming obstacles to succeed in the face of diversity and deal with ambiguity. People management;
  • Mature Business and financial Acumen to discern risks/opportunities of key strategic marketing activities in the industry;
  • Ability to Influence outside of one’s sphere of control;
  • Communication & persuasion skills: Good listening, excellent verbal and written Communication skills, convincible;
  • Excellent at PowerPoint, Word, Excel…;
  • Superlative time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Direct all staff to deal with problems with sharp & effective solution without instruction from senior level;
  • Have advance knowledge of branding, marketing & technical trend.
