ABOUT THE JOB

As a PR Consultant at Ivy+Partners, you will design and execute strategic public relations plans, manage day-to-day client accounts, and drive high-impact communications initiatives across media, influencers, and key partners. You’ll oversee PR activities from press events to interviews, track and report performance, and identify new opportunities to elevate client visibility. This role is ideal for a seasoned PR professional with strong media relations, sharp project management skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced communications landscape while delivering measurable results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, implement and manage public relations strategies
• Organize and manage various Public Relations activities
• Measure performance of each activity and event
• Determine KPIs for PR
• Measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign
• Use different channels to optimize campaign’s reach and success to meet clien’s expectation
• Account management
• Arrange and coordinate PR activities (media interview, media trip, press conference,…)
• Research and gather opportunities for media opportunity, co-branded events, partnership and sponsorship
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, communities and acsociations…
• Stay up to date with PR and industry trends and best practices

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCES:

• From 3 years of experience, graduated from university with major about PR, Marketing, International Business/ International Relations/ Journalism
• Experienced in Media/ publisher/ press relations/ agency
• Good organizational, Project Management and time-management Skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to come up with a fruitful solution for daily tasks.
• Have a strong network with Tech and/ or Lifestyle media
• Fluent in English
• An out-going, curious person and an explorer
