I. Internship Overview

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the Marketing team in growing Ivy+Partners’ and our clients’ digital presence across social media, web, and email platforms. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn hands-on in a fast-paced, creative agency environment. You’ll get the opportunity to work on real campaigns, gain valuable exposure to digital tools and strategies, and help build brand narratives that resonate.

II. Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Support

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Help brainstorm creative content ideas that align with brand objectives
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement

2. Content Creation

• Support the creation of visuals and short videos using Canva, Capcut or Adobe tools
• Assist in writing captions and post copy aligned with brand voice and tone
• Research trending topics and hashtags relevant to our industry and clients
• Capture and showcase company work culture and exciting events
• Ideate and create storyboard also assist in producing video content

3. Website & Email Marketing Support

• Help update website content, digital marketing pages and social media platforms
• Support the development and sending of monthly newsletters
• Track basic social media marketing metrics (open rates, clicks)

4. Campaign & Ad Support

• Assist in launching and monitoring basic paid social campaigns
• Collect performance data for reporting and analysis

5. Research & Reporting

• Track industry trends and competitors for inspiration and benchmarking
• Support in preparing weekly social media and campaign performance reports

6. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with the design, strategy, and account teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign meetings

• Positive attitude, proactivity, and willingness to learn and adapt
• Demonstrated growth in knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• A university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
• Graphic design or content editing skills (Canva and Capcut required, Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Bonus: Understanding of digital marketing tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Mailchimp
