1. IMC Project Management - Plan, implement, and manage IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) strategies. - Organize and manage various IMC activities - Measure and produce reports on KPIs and each campaign - Use different channels to optimize the campaign's reach and success - Arrange, manage, and quality control on IMC activities (PR, KOL engagement, Influencer Marketing, Events, Campaign...) - Client service: key contact with clients from receiving the brief to pitching, consulting, execution & reporting - Research and gather opportunities for media, influencers, co-branded events, partnership and sponsorship - Build and maintain relationships with KOL & Influencers, media, communities, and other key players in the industry - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices 2. Strategic Planning - Gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and industry and customer insights to validate and work with PR team to consult suitable solutions for clients - Leading the team in the pitching process: identify the prospect, develop proposal, presentation and consult client, etc - Managing & Consulting for the team during the project to ensure excellent work
