Ivy+Partners is a Communications Consultancy with a difference. We work with clients to find their needs and create dynamic story-driven experiences that resonate with their audiences. We are seeking a  Associate Art Director with a robust background in art direction to lead the visual direction for our integrated accounts. This role demands a passion for big ideas and impeccable visual craft. You will be the driving force ensuring our campaigns are visually compelling, cohesive, and innovative across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities & Areas of Impact

1. Integrated Campaign Direction & Execution

• Visual Storytelling: Lead the end-to-end visual development of integrated campaigns, events (digital, print, social, broadcast), crafting compelling visual narratives that achieve brand objectives.

• Project Oversight: Assist in managing projects from concept through final production, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and upholding the highest standards of visual consistency.

• Stakeholder Integration: Proactively review, integrate, and action feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine and elevate creative outputs.

2. Creative Innovation & Production

• Craft Excellence: Uphold and improve the visual execution and production standards across the creative team.

• Production Efficiency: Assess, implement, and lead more efficient production workflows, leveraging industry networks, emerging technologies, and AI tools to ensure best-in-class delivery.

3. Mentorship & Team Development

• Leadership Growth: Reflect our leadership model by mentoring and cultivating the next generation of talent, fostering a team culture of craftsmanship, innovation, and creative excellence.

• Team Performance: Provide leadership, professional development, and motivational support. You will be the "glue" that keeps teams inspired and focused on delivering results that consistently exceed client expectations.

4. Quality Control & Brand Stewardship

• Visual Integrity: Oversee and guarantee the quality and consistency of all visual output. Ensure every design element perfectly reflects the client's brand identity and powerfully enhances the overall campaign narrative.

• Performance Management: Set clear goals and KPIs for team members and work collaboratively with them to achieve professional and departmental objectives.

Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience: Approximately 5–7 years of professional work experience, demonstrated by a portfolio ("book") brimming with brave, impactful ideas across various channels.

• Creative Versatility: Every surface, channel, and medium—social or otherwise—is your canvas. You intuitively understand where people are and how to communicate effectively there.

• Digital Fluency: Strong, native grasp of the social media and online media space, including current jargon, technology, and platform-specific visual language.

• Technical Mastery: Proficient in the latest computer design software and adept at understanding and leveraging AI tools for creative ideation and efficient production.

• Leadership & Mindset: You value diversity, equality, and inclusivity. You are naturally well-organized, unflappable under pressure, and highly capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
