​​Role and Responsibilities​

As a Social Media Intern, you'll be part of our Creative Squad, contributing to innovative campaigns and engaging content. This is an opportunity to experience a diverse range of projects, from crafting captivating social media posts to developing insightful PR articles.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Social Media Savvy: Dive into the world of social media, content creation, managing and growing I+P presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, etc. Experiment with different formats to keep our audience engaged and intrigued.

• Creative Campaigns: Join brainstorming sessions to develop fresh and innovative ideas for both PR and social media content, contributing unique perspective to client projects, partnership initiatives, and internal activities.

• Content Creation: Plan, brief, adapt, and execute content ideas into multi-media social media posts (mainly photos and reels) with the support of our Visual Communicator

• Data-Driven Insights: Delve into the realm of media analytics by supporting to manage I+P social media platforms and gather valuable insights from engagement metrics, growth trends, and other key performance indicators.

• Website Content Curator: Help maintain and update our website, ensure it's always fresh and informative by assisting in creating blog posts and showcasing our latest works.

Qualifications and Education Requirements​:

Post-graduate or last-year student with a major in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.

​​Preferred Skills​

• A keen interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

• An outgoing, curious person and an explorer

• Understanding of Vietnam’s social media landscape and current trends

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
