JOB DESCRIPTION
IMC Project Management
-
Plan, implement, and manage IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) strategies.

Organize and manage various IMC activities
-
Measure and produce reports on KPIs and each campaign
-
Use different channels to optimize the campaign's reach and success
-
Arrange, manage, and quality control on IMC activities (PR, KOL engagement, Influencer Marketing, Events, Campaign...)

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the main point of contact for all client communications and inquiries.

Account Strategy: Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet client needs and achieve company goals.

Internal Coordination: Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., creative, PR, IMC) to ensure client expectations are met and the client experience is positive.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
STRATEGIC PLANNING

Gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and industry and customer insights to validate and work with PR team to consult suitable solutions for clients

Leading the team in the pitching process: identify the prospect, develop proposal, presentation and consult client, etc

Managing & Consulting for the team during the project to ensure excellent work

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as an Senior Account Manager/ Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or similar role at agencies
-
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google, AI tools.
-
A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often required.
