Mô tả Công việc
1. Efficient Communication Channel Management:
● Managing communication channels efficiently and making timely adjustments to
optimize costs and campaign effectiveness.
● Develop and execute community-building strategies to increase engagement and drive
brand advocacy.
● Ensuring all communication channels are coordinated and aligned with brand strategies.
● Develop comprehensive content plans (images, videos, comments, etc.)
● Creating content (images, videos, comments, etc.) for community campaigns in
alignment with brand strategies.
● Managing, controlling, and coordinating with outsourced sources to execute social
media tasks and community campaigns.
3. Measurement and Reporting of Community Effectiveness:
● Measuring the effectiveness of the community and providing reports on campaign
results.
● Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and proposing necessary adjustments.
4. Collaboration with Teams and External Resources:
● Collaborating with various teams, including Account, Content, Design, and external
resources to enhance campaign efficiency.
● Coordinating efforts to deliver cohesive and successful campaigns.
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
● Proven experience in Community management, preferably in an Agency.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and communication channels.
● Analytical skills to measure and report campaign effectiveness.
