Mô tả Công việc

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to build, manage and lead a phenomenal client-relationship with different agencies for social outreach/influencer marketing campaigns. This individual's primary responsibility will be to secure new business opportunities with major Vietnamese and International companies for their advertising and marketing needs.

He/she will also be engaging with Advertising Agencies which have significant advertising budgets for their clients. This individual should have a solid understanding of digital advertising and be able to achieve sales goals and objectives while identifying new opportunities and sales pipelines. An ideal candidate must be a quick learner who is willing to learn, has strong communication skills, and likes working in a fast-paced, growing company.

This individual will have the opportunity to grow with one of the largest digital advertising and Multi-Channel-Network (MCN) companies in Asia, backed by a NASDAQ-listed technology company. Successful candidates will enjoy an attractive compensation package.

Role and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively predict and seek for new business opportunities from current clients and new clients (priority).
  • Tap on existing relationships with agencies and brands/brand owners (Vietnamese and International) to generate sales (advertising campaigns involving TMG’s pool of Creators/Influencers) for TMG.
  • For those prospective clients (Vietnamese and International brand companies and Advertising Agencies) that you do not have existing relationships with, undertake research of these target companies and approach them either directly or via agencies to introduce TMG and educate them regarding our expertise, and ability to help them improve their Sales and market share.
  • Prospecting, securing meetings and closing advertising campaign deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Leadership – responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking, researching, managing milestones and approvals
  • Work closely with Account Managers on communicating outreach and campaign KPI’s to management for reporting evaluation.
  • Manage all aspects of advertising campaign, project planning, launch execution, optimization, and update management on progress. Interface closely with catalog, media and sales teams daily.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

  • BA degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and social outreach from planning to execution and Vietnam market
  • Strong relationships with management of Advertising Agencies and Marketing Heads of direct brand advertisers.
  • Ability to lead pitches and win new projects with a proven track of records.
  • Over 2 years of experience in the Media Sales and Advertising industry, involving advertising campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of social media, Influencers, content creators and the larger Influencer Marketing ecosystem (including media, operations, analytics).
  • Excellent English Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills Proven management skills and ability to motivate employees to produce results.
  • Knowledge of current trends in the local social media space.
  • Ambitious and hungry to advance his/her career. Aggressive yet refined approach to Sales. Persistent and persuasive.
  • Preferably an extroverted person who loves to interact with people and have the confidence to establish and build relationships with senior management and decision makers.
