ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an Account Intern who has a proper attitude at work. Let be real here, we don‘t hire Einstein, Vladimir Putin, or any genius. We need a person with great self-awareness and knowing what they‘re doing.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

You get the job done and earn your wage. We have no idea how you spend it later. Maybe you can build a spaceship for your own Mars mission.

Project Management (80%)

• Arrange & participate in meetings (brief, brainstorm, regroup, project discussion, presentations ...), contribute ideas, record meeting minutes
• Liaising with clients to understand their requirements
• Support AE to control the quality of all work (of the internal team, 3rd parties, KOLs/Influencers) that is submitted to clients
• Support AE to monitor all stages of campaigns
• Work collaboratively with other teams, following assignments in work relations

Administrative Tasks (20%)

• Be in-charge and support all administrative tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized (including financial and other relevant documents)

Report to: Account Supervisor

Promotion: Can be promoted to Account Executive

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Education:

• Having Bachelor‘s degree in economy, marketing, business is a plus but not required.

Knowledge:

• General English.
• Social Media trends.

Skill:

• Good communication, hard-working, high responsibility, and able to work under high pressure
• Emotional intelligence

Mindset/Attitude:

• Have passion & desire to develop in Communication Agency
• Open-minded mindset
• Good attitude & willingness to learn new things

Others:

• Prefer candidates with good English skills
