We are looking for a Business Development Trainee to join our team!

II. Roles & responsibilities

1. Client Support (30%)

• Receive client requests and coordinate with internal teams for resolution..
• Track and consolidate client status updates and next working steps.
• Help ensure complete information flow between clients and relevant departments.
• Manage the sales pipeline under the BD team‘s guidance - Identify winning chances for each client and planning strategies to close deals. 

2. Proposal & Sales Support (30%)

• Assist in preparing sales materials (Proposals/ Presentation Decks/ Quotations/ Other Documents) for pre-, during-, and after-sales stages.
• Synthesize project information and client needs to coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Research, Operations, etc.) in building client solutions.

3. Category Research (20%)

• Conduct research on industry landscapes and brands.
• Research client backgrounds and explore their specific needs.

4. Internal Coordination & Documentation (20%)

• Assist in recording and preparing internal working documents for the Business Development team.
• Assist in building, updating and managing internal documents for the team‘s operational processes.     

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Education: 

• Final year or fresh graduates majoring in Marketing/ Communications/ Business Administration or related economic fields; participating in student unions - university clubs is a plus.

2. Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of Marketing.
• Familiarity with the social media landscape and consumer insights is a plus.

3. Skill:

• Good research and information synthesis skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Basic data analysis.
• Ability to use AI tools.
• Business English proficiency (reading & writing).

4. Personality:

• A strong eagerness to learn and a deep desire for self development.
• High sense of integrity and reliability.
• Curious and passionate about digging deep into markets and brands.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Proactive with a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, creativity, and a strong desire for innovation
