WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Report to Strategic Planning Manager / Head of Strategic Planning on strategic deliverables to deliver the client’s marketing/communication objectives
- Devise digital / social / influencer / IMC communication plans and able to lead strategic part during the pitching process
- Confidently consult and grow intern/ junior planners in the team
- Hands-on with the research and digital analytics tools to bring the understanding of the market, category, and consumers to develop strategic insights
- Contribute to new initiatives beyond the assigned tasks
- Drive the creative team and the output with integrated communication plans
- Integrate with the agency’s culture - principles and philosophy and apply it in everyday work

WHO YOU ARE
- A recognized University Degree
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- At least 2 years of qualified strategic planning experience. The addition of 0.5-1 year of the same position is preferred
- Someone who loves challenges and is committed to exploring, gathering, and defining the insights
- Has a strong logical and creative mindset to come with strategic plans & creative inspiration
- Someone who is excited about Marketing Technology
- Has good command of English and strong interpersonal skills
- A team player, highly motivated, and committed.
