We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern join with us to ensure data quality and support the Research team in developing timely solutions for clients, focusing on data sufficiency and accuracy.

II. Job Description 

1. Data Preparation & Transformation (45%) 

• Prepare and structure raw E-commerce data for analysis and operations.
• Automate data transformation workflows and update keywords in the system.
• Document workflows, data definitions, and processing protocols for clarity and future reference.

2. Data Quality Management (45%) 

• Ensure the availability and reliability of data for analysis.
• Monitor data integrity and validate dataset accuracy.
• Automate data transformation processes to enhance efficiency.

3. Collaboration with stakeholders (5%) 

• Support Research team to improvise in-time solution to clients, which is related to data sufficiency & accuracy.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

1. Education:

• College or Bachelor degree in any majors, business & data related is plus

2. Skill:

• Mastered Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel
• Logical Thinking - Have good logical skills and can deal with numbers
• Communication - ability to communicate effectively both in written or verbally
• Be organized and detailed oriented

3. Personality:

• Attention to details
• High adaptability and proactive attitude
• Logical thinking
• High sense of ownership and responsibilities
• Possess high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
