We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our dynamic team!

II. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Concept & ideation (30%)

• Proactively seek out new ideas in response to Creative Brief through a combination of experience, learnings, data and social insights.
• Understand how to form separated thoughts into a properly consistent theme/concept for campaigns (IMC, social) and always-onplans.
• Cease lessly catch up with trends and flexibly "translate" those trends into ideas on different platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, etc.)
• Support & stay close to the whole team (Art director & Designer) to build up creative ideas through out internal creative brainstorm sessions.

2. Proposal development (30%)

• Support the whole team (Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, Copywriter, Art Director, Designer) to enhance ideas as a consolidated creative deck.
• Clearly & understandably present ideas to the internal team.

3. Execution (30%)

• Deliver well-crafted copywriting for various creative formats in both Vietnamese & English.
• Well collaborate with other members/teams to enhance creative quality.

4. Management (10%)

• Work under high pressure with heavy workload & multi-projects (4-5 projects) at a time. 
• Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve your teamwork.
• Well collaborate with other teams (internal & external) to enhance creative quality.

Report to: Creative Director

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• At least 5 - 7 years experience in copywriting field or content writer position (with idea orientation) in digital agencies or related fields (experienced in social campaigns is aplus)
• Passionate with digital communications
• Must have a cutting edge interest in social media and be abreast with the fast changing nature of social media and ensuring that new opportunities for engaging with customers are realized
• Excellent in social writing skills (in English and Vietnamese)
• Have a great passion for words and playing with words. Visual thinking skill is aplus
• Be proactive and highly motivated
• Keep an eye for details and desire for perfection
• Time management skill
• Collaborative & supportive for team‘s outcomes
• Open minded for learning data-driven creativity
• "Can do" attitude is a must
• High sense of responsibility & result orientation
