Mô tả Công việc
• Lead the requirements analysis with digital media team and product owner(s) to translate the business needs into a set of prioritized technical requirements;
• Lead requirements validation activities with the developers to confirm to the project that a solution based on the requirements meets customer needs and achieves the intended business objectives;
• Investigate, record, analyze, and confirm system requirements and business processes;
• Negotiate acceptance criteria with the digital media team and product owner(s);
• Produce high quality and concise requirements and design documents which accurately reflect the business requirements and can be clearly understood by internal or external Solution Developers;
• Develop team’s expertise in Digital Marketing channel such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ads…;
• Manage and improve optimization program and system;
• Be responsible for the team’s KPI (revenue, profit) and client KPI’s (CPO, ROI,…).
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
Experience
• Minimum 1 year’ experience as Product Executive or Business Analyst;
• And having background in digital marketing is a plus;
• Experience in UML design, data modeling, and user stories.
Knowledge, abilities and skill
• Have a deep passion for technology and aim to become a product manager;
• Proven ability in typical business analyst skills such as requirements engineering, business process analysis, and modeling techniques;
• Effective verbal and spoken communication skills.
