Senior Account Manager [Activation/Sampling]

Our creative & dynamic team is looking for an Senior Account Manager to manage campaigns with the key roles and responsibilities as follows:

1. 40% Project Management

• Receive client briefs, collaborate with internal departments to develop project proposals, budgets, and persuasive client presentations. Work closely with the Project Management team during project execution.
• Oversee and ensure the implementation aligns with plans and delivers the best possible outcomes.
• Together with the Head of Account Department, handle project requirements, urgent issues, or incident resolutions (if any).
• Manage all project-related accounting documents between clients and suppliers.

2. 30% Client Management

• Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Build and develop cooperative relationships with potential partners and clients.

3. 20% New Business Development

• Proactively seek and acquire new clients to expand the company’s business network.

4. 10% Team Development

• Supervise, train, and mentor team members to help them grow and achieve performance goals

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• College or University degree.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position at Event / Activation agencies.
• Broad knowledge of Event Management, Marketing, and Branding.
• Experience in developing content plans.
• Hands-on experience in Music Stage Productions and Brand Activation projects.
• Solid account management experience in working with clients of multiple categories from a business benefit perspective.
• A self-starter with a positive and can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment; be level-headed, dependable, and calm to deal and solve problems.
• High sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Healthy, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under high pressure; willing to travel and work overtime when required.
• Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Sensitive, detail-oriented, and quick to capture information accurately.
• Patient and persistent in learning and relationship building.
