Mô tả Công việc
- Support the pitching process for new campaigns as assigned, including understanding client brief, preparation of social ideas for proposals, and other requirements.
- Manage social campaigns to follow timeline and to a high level of quality
- Manage brand Social profiles and maintain 2-way communication between brands and consumers.
- Promote brand content strategically across Social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Forum, etc.).
- Able to follow up with a variety of KOLs from nano to mega influencers, celebrities… as well as hot communities or fan pages.
- Analyze & evaluate the effectiveness of completed campaigns to improve future performance.
- Additional support with other projects as required.
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
- 2+ years working experience in Social Management, preferably in Marketing agencies.
- Up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of social media channels, as well as current and emerging hot KOLs, communities, fanpages…
- Good project management skill.
- Good data analysis skill.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, strong storytelling capabilities.
- Good taste in creative, and the ability to meaningfully feedback on creative work.
- Patience and strong customer service mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.

- Fixed salary up to 15M VND/month.
