We are looking for a Data Analyst Leader to join our team!

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Leadership (15%)

• Directly manage, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to ensure resource allocation aligns with workload and business priorities.
• Provide training and career mentorship for team members.
• Build an efficient work environment, resolve operational bottlenecks, and optimize overall team productivity.

2. Data Quality Management (10%)

• Take full responsibility for data accuracy and integrity across the team prior to client delivery.
• Review, analyze, and directly resolve complex data issues or ad-hoc cases lacking existing guidelines or solutions.

3. Project Management & AI-enabled Process Optimization (40%)

• Receive and analyze requirements from BD/CP, and prepare cost estimates for BD/CP.
• Directly lead large-scale, highly complex Social Listening projects or those requiring customized solutions.
• Manage and guarantee quality, timeline, scope of work, and resources for both individual projects and team-executed deliverables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, BD, Tech) to enhance systems, standardize data workflows, and share internal knowledge.
• Standardize and roll out Data Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures.
• Lead research and integrate AI tools (Prompt Engineering, AI-assisted classification/automation) into daily operations to optimize data processing time.

4. Client Servicing & Consulting (25%)

• Partner with BD/Client Servicing to deliver advanced data consultancy for Key Clients.
• Directly address and resolve complex client complaints or technical inquiries concerning data quality.

5. Cost Management (10%)

• Manage and control project operational costs (optimizing data collection, tools, and system expenses) within approved budgets.
• Collaborate with the Data Lead / Head of Department in budget planning and resource forecasting.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related in Data Analytics

Skill:

• Proficient understanding of social media platforms and their operations.
• Skills in data analysis and basic report generation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and meticulousness.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Experience: At least 4 years at the same position is a plus

Language: English - Nice to have TOEIC 800
