Mô tả Công việc
CMH Saigon is expanding, and we need a dedicated Account Manager to manage our top-tier accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and help us achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
1. Objectives of this role:
- Leading pitch, IMC project including TVC, Digital, Social, Activation, Production.
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Work with line manager and other internal teams to develop pitch, proposal and ensure KPIs are being met.
2. Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
- Negotiate contracts and deals to maximize profits.
- Perform forecasts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years experience in similar role.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Have skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation to various types of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at once, while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, and a natural relationship builder with a passion for delivering client success.
