The Purpose of Your Role

The Branded Content Writer will be responsible for ideating, writing and polishing branded article content to deliver high-quality content for client projects.

This role focuses on supporting client delivery projects in the local market and, when applicable, regional projects. You will act as a role model and guardian of high-quality content across all article formats delivered by Hello Health Group.

The Content Writer will execute on-platform and off-platform content campaigns, with a focus on advertorials and SEO content that meet the objectives of Hello Health’s clients. The role will work closely with the Branded Editorial team in planning, execution and quality control of content for client campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities

Branded Content Delivery (Text - Branded, Advertorial and SEO)

• Write content across various topics for client campaigns using different article formats and meeting diverse client objectives, including website/SEO articles, advertorials, native articles, short-form and long-form content, and other formats when required.

• Ensure all content is clean, concise, well-polished and delivered within agreed deadlines.

• Work closely with editors to follow Hello Health’s content quality standards and SEO guidelines, ensuring services deliver outstanding results for clients.

• Support the editorial team in brainstorming sessions related to content innovation, ideation, planning and strategy.

• Take responsibility for the quality of content produced for client campaigns.

• Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools such as Ahrefs, MOZ, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other relevant platforms to create data-driven content for clients.

• Support the improvement of internal processes and documentation to enhance content delivery quality, including briefing documents, templates and related materials.

• Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure client projects are delivered according to agreed timelines.

Your KPIs Include

• Content quality (Editorial, SEO and Medical standards).

• Content production efficiency (quantity of content).

• Client satisfaction with content quality (based on client feedback).

• Campaign delivery within agreed timelines.

Who We Want - Bachelor degree or higher in any writing specialty (Journalism, language, media) will be considered combined with a passion and interest in healthcare & digital is preferred - Experience creating high quality content in technical areas such as healthcare is important with an eye for detail and high standards and proven compliance to policies & ethical standards - Technical writing experience including the optimisation of content for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & a clear understanding of best practices for SEO - Highly motivated individual who can operate autonomously as well as cross functionally within and across a diverse range of teams - Data-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who is driven by getting things done to a high standard within a short period of time - Experience with writing software, data tools and CMS systems is a plus such as Wordpress, Google Docs and Word, Excel and PowerPoint OUR HHG VALUES HEALTH ABOVE ALL - We believe that people should be well informed and empowered to make better health decisions and to live healthier and happier lives.
