Key Responsibilities

• Support in drafting, updating and renewing contracts with clients (KOLs, Influencers, Publishers, etc.).

• Follow up on payment processes for KOLs and Influencers.

• Manage, classify and transfer documents and correspondence to relevant employees, departments and clients as required.

• Monitor and ensure sufficient office supplies and stationery.

• Assist in preparing and organizing internal company events.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

• Basic understanding of contracts.

• Good communication skills.
