Know-how Expert

• Have strong knowledge and understanding of Digital Media.

• Understand and analyze client briefs effectively.

• Understand the working processes between clients and agencies.

Business Driven

• Demonstrate a strong sense of hospitality and client service.

• Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships.

• Arrange meetings with clients and agencies.

Account Management

• Follow up and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare media plans, proposals and quotations for clients.

• Develop or collaborate with teams to create project plans, including detailed timelines, checklists, PICs and required resource allocation.

• Ensure project implementation follows the company’s standard working processes.

• Ensure projects are completed successfully and delivered according to client commitments.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Hands-on experience in digital media is preferred.

• Good English speaking and presentation skills.

• Understanding of Management (Plan–Do–Check–Act) principles.

• Required skills:

  • Presentation and persuasion skills.

  • People management skills.

  • Project management and customer service mindset.

• Helpful, result-oriented and responsible.
