• Work closely with the Ad Ops team.

• Result-oriented: Focus on successfully implementing strategies with strong commitment, dedication and proactive management to drive better results.

• Strategic thinking in planning and implementation: Start planning by clearly understanding the brief, conducting thorough research, selecting appropriate platforms and channels, and ensuring the feasibility of the proposed plans. Take responsibility for execution, monitor performance and make timely adjustments to ensure overall campaign effectiveness.

• Adaptable and agile: Stay up-to-date with the latest updates across digital platforms. Be eager to learn, proactive and willing to support the Account team in preparing and presenting proposals to clients.

• Accuracy in reporting: Manage campaigns effectively and provide reports to line managers with accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• 1–2 years of experience in a media or digital agency. Ideally, candidates should have experience working in the Vietnam market or other similar growth markets.

• Detail-oriented, organized and capable of managing workload through timely responses.

• Ability to work across a wide range of business verticals.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience working with budgets and numbers.

• Understanding of digital media insights, analytics, implementation and optimization, especially across Facebook and Google platforms.

• Ability to effectively manage workflows with internal teams and third-party partners.

• Strong presentation and communication skills are preferred.

• Fluent English (spoken and written) and willingness to collaborate within multinational teams are considered a plus.
