• Develop and monitor the flow of all incoming projects;

• Develop and coordinate the team’s work schedule to ensure on-time completion;

• Ensure projects are delivered on time;

• Quality control of all projects;

• Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative department;

• Present designs to the art director for approval as and when required

• Recap meeting for team.

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in related field; or 1-2 years of experience in project management in advertising, design, production, or marketing agency.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Good using flatform

• Strong organizational skill.

• Strong analytic and problem solving skills.

• Strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision

• Experience with selecting & using the right outsourcing team for digital design projects.

• Basic Photoshop, illustration.
